Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using the AI Unite website and platform (the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update this AUP from time to time.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you submit. You must comply with all applicable laws and these policies, and you must ensure you have the rights necessary for the content you provide.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, defamatory or that promotes violence;
- create or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, malware or other deceptive or malicious activity;
- attempt to generate sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
- produce content intended to discriminate against or harm individuals or groups;
- misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created where doing so is deceptive or unlawful;
- build profiles or make decisions about individuals in ways that violate applicable law;
- generate instructions that facilitate serious harm, including weapons, dangerous goods or critical-infrastructure attacks;
- circumvent usage allowances, access controls, rate limits or security measures;
- interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Services or related infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, scrape or extract the Services except as permitted by law;
- resell or sublicense the Services except under an authorized Partner Program agreement.
4. Content and data
Do not submit content you are not authorized to share, including confidential information of others, or personal information you do not have a lawful basis to process. Use of the Services should respect the privacy and rights of third parties.
5. Responsible AI use
AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output and for decisions you make based on it. Do not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional advice or for high-risk decisions without appropriate human oversight.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, limiting or suspending access, or terminating accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities where appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor use but may do so to protect the Services and users.
